5 Exercises For The Abs (No Crunches)



Hello again, in this article I wanted to bring you a workout for the core and abs, but most people when read or heard someone saying abs exercises, the first move they think is crunches, but what if I tell you, you can do an ab workout without doing any crunches? You might know that, but some don't, so that's why I wanted to give a challenge and a workout for the core & abs, now without further ado, let's get started it!


01 - Plank 3 sets for 30 or 60 seconds hold

02 - Knee to elbow 3 sets 15-20 reps
challenge yourself - Do elbow planks instead of regular planks

03 - Side Plank 3 sets of 30 or 60 seconds hold (each side)

04 - Up and Opposite Touches 3 sets of 12-15 reps (each side)

05 - Plank Up and Down 3 sets of 12-15 reps


Remember, exercises will be the result of hard work in the gym or even at home, but also smart decisions in the kitchen. You can't tone or slim simply by doing ab exercises and you won't burn fat overnight. You have to be dedicated and follow a diet that is right for you. Remember that every body is different and don't get unmotivated if someone is getting lean faster than you, keep working hard and be patience, the results will come, be consistent.
