First post and 6 tips to lose weight fast


HELLO & welcome to Active Fit, our first posts is very special because I chose a topic that is the most searched topic over the internet now days, probably not the most but one of the most searched topics for sure. I'm going to give you 6 tips of how to lose weight fast, first of all, this is a very sensitive thing to talk about, is something that we need to be well researched and talking about every detail that you understand, and of course, your part is to read well and know what's right for you, reminding us that we all have different bodies and many results are different, some lose weight quickly while someone else is slower then, it takes patience. Results take time.



Now without further ado, tip number 1:

DRINK WATER






Water is your best friend and essential for your health, maintain the balance of body fluids, it can help you control the calories, believe it or not but sometimes when you feel a little bit hungry it can be your body asking for water but it's not just when you feel hungry, eating something that is higher in water it can help you feel full. Water also, helps energize the muscles, helps the skin. I can say more but let's jump to tip 2. 

Tip number 2:

Prefer healthy snacks than salty snacks

Chips, candy bar, M&M's, Snickers, CUT THE CRAP. Stop going out to the store and getting home with a bag of chips and cheat snacks, all the salty snacks has to stop, choose to eat a fruit, veggies and tons of health snacks instead of a 800 calories snack.

Tip number 3:

Don't skip breakfast


Now before starting writing why you shouldn't skip your breakfast, there's a lot of people that skips breakfast because they are on an intermittent fasting, this is a different topic for now, the main topic here is how to lose weight fast, hope you understand. Intermittent fasting is something I will comment in the future, not now. Skipping your breakfast it can affect your mood and you might eating lots of calories during the day. Also, eating breakfast is so important for your body because boosts energy and improve memory.

Tip number 4:

Avoid overtraining


You may be wondering why overtraining? Have you ever wonder why you're not losing weight and you are training so hard and still didn't get the results you want? It might be overtraining! Overtraining it was something I wish I knew when I started, because I used to train 4 or 3 hours a day, because I thought the harder and longer workout I get the better and faster results, but not, this is a big no no. Rest is also important. Train smart!

Tip number 5:

Cut the bad habits


This one right here, it's not just about food but also, about cigarettes, alcohol, skipping meals, excessive coffee, stress and be up all night. Cutting the bad habits is very important, and it can help you more than you imagine while you are trying to lose weight, don't break the bad habits, cut them. Start something new today!

Tip number 6:

Eat SLOWER



Relax, sit down and enjoy the food, feel the taste, don't eat a bowl of food in just 10 minutes or even less, eat slower, believe it or not, but it takes 20 minutes to your body and brain realize it's full, this can help you a lot in losing weight.
